Breemer Bank Merged with Old National Bank. I have yet to receive my New Debit Card. I have to change my Amazon & E Bay and other accounts. So far I'm not feeling good about this Bank.
My poor 92 y/o aunt was a victim of this merger/takeover. We went to the burnsville branch today to help get her some answers and money, as she still hasn't received her new debit card that she was informed by mail of 3 weeks ago. 1st of all, we stood at the front desk when we walked in for a few minutes before the woman from the farthest teller booth from the door hollerd to us, is there something I can help you with? Was at this location, was told someone will call me, no one did for days. Left a voicemail 3 days later, no one responded. Had my accounts for 3 months and will definitely close them after this kind of interaction
9-5 week days, closed Saturday and Sunday. Low mobile deposit amount. Old National might as well close all its branches and just use internet. Go elsewhere.
