Staff is always very friendly and helpful!
Not sure what all the fuss is about. I've been a member since it was UBT and have never had a single bad experience. I've had loans, deposited checks, had my will notarized, and use the mobile app almost daily. The parking lot is a bit tight at the Jackson location, but it's manageable...I drove a large truck, so it's definitely not impossible to get in and out. I would recommend ONB to anyone.
Nice new building and location. Great parking for it also. Wasn't a fan of this place as my bank though.
Do not use this bank the reviews speak for them selfs wish I would of checked them first
