every time we go in to this bank I question why we bank here. service is rude everytime. hoping to close my account and move somewhere where customers matter. never again of national in avon. it's just avon the ppl are extremely rude. worth drive to Plainfield
RecommendedMy oldest needed a checking account and debit card. I’ve been friends with Kathy Spangler for over a year now and she took excellent care of him when he signed up at her branch. She went the extra mile to help him understand how his account worked with deposits and told him if he ever had an issue to call her direct. What outstanding service! When the time is right we are moving all of our accounts to Old National under Kathy.
