car loan we had a horrible experience purchasing our last vehicle through the dealership but we worked with this old national branch to refiance our loan and they were wonderful, made a stressful event a little less with all the help and work...we will positively turn to this bank and branch for our future banking needs
Great I have a couple checking accounts with ONB, and I am very pleased with the service. It is easy to go online to keep track of my funds and to transfer money around. When I needed new checks they came quickly. I was able to call the national line to let them know I was going out of the country and was not on hold nearly at all. They have a good ATM fee policy as well.
Old National Bank is bad so after not using a bank account for years i started an account with Old National i fear it was the worst decision i ever made. Honesty goes a LONG WAY . But honesty they have little of . 3 time i called about problems with my account 3 time i was told i will call you back and 3 time i did not receive that call back. i was told that before my account goes into overdraft i will get a call . never got that call .
You won't believe how good this bank is!! This is what a bank should be like! It's amazing. You won't believe it. A concierge. Internet cafe(free!) Drinks. Friendly people. Couches. Amazing service and people!!
