Dee, the manager and her staff always smile and greet me at the door. They understand how digitally bad I am. There has never been a time that they haven’t helped. I can’t tell you how happy I am with everyone here.
I recently had some fraudulent activity associated with my debit card so I had to have it shut off and get a new one. This isn't the first time it's happened, but last time, their fraud department presented me with only two options for getting a replacement card. I could order it over the phone right then and it might be processed that day but it was unlikely it would get in today's mail and since it was a Friday , it would be Monday before they mailed it and it may be 5-7 days total.
