I initially contacted customer service because my mobile check deposit was being rejected. I was informed that insurance checks made out to two parties cannot be deposited via mobile banking and that I needed to bring the properly endorsed check into a branch. I then went to the bank, where I received excellent service. The teller verified my ID, reviewed the endorsement, and successfully deposited the check without issue. Never been to a bank where the only people working are in offices. No tellers and when there are Drive through gets serviced before the lines of people waiting inside.
