Never been to a bank where the only people working are in offices. No tellers and when there are Drive through gets serviced before the lines of people waiting inside.
Yesterday and today we were constantly asking questions and requesting information about opening new accounts. The bank manager, Tanya Hawkins, was very thorough and responsible in explaining everything and even wrote down detailed information for us. The service was excellent .
Waited 10 minutes in the lobby with one teller. Not only a old bank, but incredibly slow
