Be advised, DO NOT go through Old National Bank for home construction loans. The mortgage department at this bank is incompetent and unprofessional. We experienced constant issues with appraisal of our drawings, the title company they contract with (Kentucky Title Services, Inc.) did not provide a state required form at closing, they lost 3 of the Final Lien Waivers over a course of 9 months and did not notify us the entire time, and took over 4 months to respond to issues with our construction loan.
