My mortgage has been serviced by Click 'N Close for over 3 years now, no issues whatsoever, and auto payment makes paying convenient and easy.
Regarding my grandmother: I am an elderly woman on a fixed income. I have paid for my home for over 20 years the exact same way and on time every month. Ever since this company took over my mortgage it has been issue after issue. I cannot afford to pay late fees every time this company messes things up. I mailed my payment out and the post office stamped it January 28th. I received this payment back on February 20th 2025 stating it was an undeliverable address. Click n' Close bought my mortgage almost right after I closed on my home. I've been in my home 3 years and so far they have messed up my taxes by mistakenly sending a notice to the IRS that they had forgiven part of my loan, which was corrected but not until after the IRS froze my tax return (its been a year and I still don't have my return.) Now I'm getting notice my payment is going up almost $600 a month because the escrow is messed up. I'm a first time homeowner and this has been a disaster for me. I suggest looking else... read more
My father regularly gets mailers from this company stating "final notice! warranty to expire!" no reply address on the flyer, when calling their number their agents refuse to advise you about who they really are. When told that the home warranty is through another company already they hang up. So scammy behavior... like where are your morals trying to manipulate elderly people?
