I had never previously bought from Old MacDonald's, and I got to tell you what a wonderful experience. From initially purchasing a dishwasher and microwave and dealing with Reid who helped us walk through our options and help us with an existing seal issue with our 1 1/2 year old fridge, which I did not expect and was offered up to the delivery team who were curtious and timely to a small follow up dealing with Brian, I could have not asked for a better customer service experience.
