DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!!! They will tell you what you want to hear and lie about it. They have no respect or appreciation for their customers. I almost want to leave old line entirely because of my experience here. The manager told me I couldn’t even sit at her desk while waiting to hear back from my regular bank.
Their online banking services are garbage. Have always been difficult to use, and now, after an "update," can't access any of my statements.
This bank has no honest. I went in for a simple cash deposit. The guy at counter give a face since I have so many bills, and he is counting by hand?? And told me their machine can only count number of bill but not able to count the total amount??!! Truth is I asked around a few other banks, BBT, PNC, BOA, WELLS they all have machine that could count the total amount. So please tell me what kind of machine is your bank use.
