I've been a member with this bank since 2015. Old Hickory Credit Union, their policies, have dramatically declined in professional services in the past two years. They have taken away so many benefits; getting reimbursement for ATM withdrawals, being able to cash your check at the ATM at any hour of the day, to reducing the hours. Your average 9-5 individual has to take the time out of their day to make it on their terms when just 2 years ago, none of this was a problem.
