Been with this bank for years and opened accounts for my children as well. My older son had a local gym charge his account close to $100 by mistake. He had went back and forth with this business so I told my son to contact OHCU and they will definitely get your money back because they take care of their members. It’s been months and they have still have not gotten his money back, they don’t even contact him with updates he has to call them. Im freshly 18 and this is the best bank I've ever used. They offer scholarships for graduating seniors and many more opportunities. I went 5 min b4 close knowing nothing about managing money or even having a bank account and I was welcomed in and set up with a card in about 20 minutes and they stayed a bit after to help me.
