I've been a customer of this company for several years and have placed multiple orders without major issues. Recently, however, I had a disappointing experience that changed my opinion significantly. After returning some items for an exchange, I placed another order and ended up receiving duplicate items from the exchange request along with an additional product I had purchased. Did business with this company over the years. Placed two orders recently and returned items making an exchange. Third order I placed had two of the same items from requested exchange plus another item bought. Kept the other item. When I contacted about making an exchange, the response was nothing but rude. Company deserves no stars and my business after the rude response via email. Will no longer be a customer and hope you go out of business.
The items I already received are awesome! So happy I found this site!
