I was seriously considering opening business and personal accounts at OGB. When I first spoke to customer service reps, I thought it was terrific that I didn't have to speak to an AI customer service rep... And the reps seemed professional and friendly. This bank updates nightly from 12-5 and during that time your balance is unavailable and when you try to use your debit card it will decline.
I'm a new member and everything has been easy and fast I was a little hesitate based off recent reviews but I'm happy I made my own decision
I can't wait to switch money from here. I was scammed, and had proof yet they declined my claim. Other institution would have easily return my money but this bank saw the proof & saw multiple transactions that they blocked and still denied my claims. Therefore, I do not feel my money is protected here and will be moving it VERY SOON.
I was a customer of Old Glory until I fell for a Pepsi Wrap scam and ultimately found myself negative with my bank balance. Upon fully cooperating with Old Glory and providing anything they requested of me, Old Glory closed my account (which is understandable).
