Love Patrick, what an Awesome Guy!!!!!! Excellent customer service. Fantastic customer service is a rarity these days. There are very few that provide it, but Patrick listened to all my BS even though he told me he did not have that much knowledge of what I was asking about....he still put up with me! SO KIND AND NICE. BUT THAT IS OKLAHOMANS FOR YOU..HE DESERVES A RAISE! He still helped me regardless and gave me email address to contact the proper party. MY SINCEREST, THANK YOU, TO YOU PATRICK! YOU ROCK!
Since it's not local, it's not easily accessible. Uses money pass which has limited locations and is not always available. It's more convenient to access through another entity but then you get charged by the entity and OGB.

I was seriously considering opening business and personal accounts at OGB. When I first spoke to customer service reps, I thought it was terrific that I didn't have to speak to an AI customer service rep... And the reps seemed professional and friendly. However, to open an account is probably one of the hardest things I've ever encountered with any Bank. The laundry list that never ends just goes to show me they don't know what they're doing.
