They did a fantastic job with the table and chairs. The quality was superior. They were prompt on the phone and kept to every schedule. It has been a joy working with these outstanding atisans.
4 stars for the guys working for Rich. Sadly, the owner (Rich) is awful to try to work with. Rich is all over the place, promising he will get the job done. Unfortunately, Rich is chasing down "big jobs" or "jobs that have to go out quickly" to actually do the single items the average person needs done. My dresser was in his shop for 16 months. Yep, 16. Our dinning room set from Germany (one of a kind) has been moved many, many times over the last 35yr plus. Eventually the daily usage has been to much for the 6 chairs and one leave table. Set is orig. made in Germany and sold wood. We trusted this to Old Friend Finishing and the results are amazing. We can look forward to additional 35 yrs of service.
