I highly recommend Old Fort Bank and this location particularly. Everyone is so friendly and they really go out of their way to help make your banking, experience, enjoyable, and efficient.
We met Joyce remotely one year ago. She worked with us to secure a mortgage in Dayton. When I was trying to get access to the online environment I tried to call other staff members because I did not think that this would be in Joyce's wheelhouse. When I ran out of options I called Joyce. She did not think it beneath her to help me by connecting me with someone who assisted me. Joyce is the consummate professional.
