Customer service is crap. I’ve been here for like over 6 years all the staff that actually did help I guess got fired. Closing accounts without notice.
Very upset that Candice is gone and so is Mark. Candice helped me a lot with my accounts, she was always helpful and professional.Very nice and always respectful to me. Thinking of changing banks or going to a credit union.
Glad I decided to close my grandchildrens accounts. Obviously someone is intimidated by others and the better service they give. How do you fire a whole branch and think that was a good decision and your customers are better for it?!
Pretty upset to see all my original bankers gone. Where’d Mark, Candace, Casey, and Shay go? They had to have been the most amazing, hardworking, friendly people I trusted. Makes me wanna switch banks. Sad to see them gone! I never had anything but good experiences from them! It’s a shame.
This has to be the worst bank I ever had to deal with. Your security at this bank is zero. You can go in and close anyone's account with no identification period. Then be blamed for there mistakes. Actually pushed out the door and told to ignore the fraud on my Fathers account. In the tune of $3000.00. The worst part is they lied it was not my Father who did the withdrawal. They know the person who did but failed to protect their customer.
