Excellent massages by Andrew of my neck and shoulders. He successfully relieved the pain and tension relating to an existing labrum tear I have. He is highly skilled and absolutely knows what he is doing. He explained a lot to me about my problem plus the right exercise and movement to help build strength where I need it. Many thanks Andrew.

Had a massage with Travis it was brilliant! Very knowledgeable and helped me understand my back issues in a clear way.
I had a tension headache for the past two days. Travis gave me a great massage and loosened up my neck and shoulder muscles and I have more range of motion now. He kept checking in with me about the pressure and gave me tips for exercises at home. I highly recommend Travis!!
