I just had an excellent delivery experience. I don't normally do receiving at my company but today I am the only one in the office. A truck pulls up with a 300 LB delivery in an awkward box without handles and labelled GLASS. I'm wondering if a neighbor might loan us a forklift or maybe I can manage to get a cart under it and then the driver, Eddie, must have read it on my face and he proceeded to guide the box gently on one side and we managed to effortlessly get the box in the warehouse. I cannot say enough how great it is to work with Old Dominion. My company has infrequent freight needs but when we need to ship it is always such a smooth process (which is basically unheard of in this business.). My rep Vinny is THE BEST! Would highly recommend to any company owner looking for a shipping company.

Make sure you stay out of the truck driver’s way, especially with the one VV6063. He will try to force you off the road make you go in reverse while he’s smiling as he’s forcing you to go down one way of the road because of a detour no regards for another person’s life or safety. I’m gonna file a police report because he nearly tried to kill me.

I had some fragile packages delivered from Florida to Maryland. I must say that this delivery company is top notch! From Vinny, my contact to the driver that delivered my purchases, I had a wonderful experience. They kept in touch with me and they were very caring and concerned about my needs. I would most definitely recommend Old Dominion Freight to anyone looking for a reliable and kind company to ship their good.
