my representative, Caitleigh Hamer, is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She gets 5 stars all day long! unfortunately the company as a whole does not care about the customer as they will add extra services/fees without any notification. they will just send you an invoice. UPS freight is on point and the amount quoted is the amount you pay,

Honestly this was the worst shipping service we have dealt with in years. We paid for 2 day shipping nearly 2000.00 dollars to have our 4 wheelers on time for our Christmas order. Clarified atleast 5 times on delivery date. Now we are going on 7 days for our delivery and told that to get expedited service it would be 2k more dollars. Even though that's what was already paid for! If you're a buisness and need things in a rush look elsewhere.
