Enjoyable. Professional and efficient
Our company has used ODF for incoming and outgoing shipments for about a year now and the service is outstanding. Our rep is Marsha White and she makes shipping effortless. We don't even bother to get quotes from anyone else. The rates are always fair and the process is seamless. We can't say enough good things about ODF and we're so glad we found them.
This was my second time dealing with ODF. I received a shipment this fall and was sending out a shipment today, So I have experienced both sides of the shipping equation. Every single person we encountered was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Really love all of the staff both times I have been to the shipping dock. Nothing but positive experiences so far!
