My family member passed away in August at the ODF Memphis location and we still don’t have closure. The only person who reached out was the supervisor to say it was a freak accident with no witnesses near. That she was pinned between two trailers while attaching them. In fact, we didn’t find out until a day later. We’re still seeking answers from officials who refuse to release the police report. Which makes us feel like they’re hiding something. Nothing will bring her back but we wish we had answers that made sense.
Peggy was amazing to work with! Made a pick up and drop off during the week and couldn't have gone any smoother. Thank you. Our forklift driver was also amazing.
