Favoritism at Best, inadequate training,the manager befriends employees,employees are not held accountable for their work but if you have a different point of view politically you are viewed as toxic.
Management is awful. They do not listen and they are not willing to flex schedules. They force you to drive on weekends to various locations hours away. Not for on call activities but for other various scenarios. Staff will not listen to feedback and will cut you off immediately. They will watch you closely and staff have been known to make false reports and accuse innocent staff of various rules being broken.They will overwork you. I just want you all to know how incredibly insensitive it is to call someone’s family hours after they transition to ask for parts of their body. Even after I said no, the woman asked if I wanted to consult other relatives before giving a definite no. The audacity is sickening. I pray that your practices and methods of locating donors change because your current way is disgusting.
