ordered a ventilation fan via internet and the bathroom ventilation fan did not include the light which was pictured on their item. Spoke w company and they assured me it had a light and image was incorrect. When item arrived it only included a night light max 10 watt so was not able to illuminate a small bathroom for only light source. Shipped item back w original box they shipped to me. I paid the shipping cost and received 75% of price because the box was written on by post office when it was returned...what a poor way of... read more

These folks serve the trade, of course, but they also take care of the humble DIY homeowner. Awesome customer service and follow through. Love that they are in the city, have weekend hours and off street parking.
