Tim can really pick a mortadella.
I've had 3 sessions with Ryan, each time with something new to work on (knees, shoulders, upper back, etc). The knowledge he has is impressive beyond words, it seems like I receive a mini master class each time. His explanations, suggestions, techniques provided, and feedback are invaluable. Great place to work out. I did 20 sessions with Andy and really improved my strength with a comprehensive training. He was always attentive to any discomfort that needed to be treated and guided me through the whole process.
I have worked with both Alex and Tim on injury rehabilitation and athletic performance. They are extremely knowledgeable and tailor each session to meet your individual needs and goals. I highly recommend Old Bull for physical therapy and training.
