Price low, and tell the truth. While other stores keep prices high except for special Sale Days, our theory for Old Brick was to charge our lowest price every day. Knowing how much other stores marked things up, we determined to always be 10 to 30% lower than even their "Door-Buster Blow-Outs". The whole point was to deal honestly and transparently with the public. No gimmicks. No do-or-die sales people. Just - the good stuff for a lot less every day.

I purchased a flex steel couch and custom fabric. The day it was delivered it was broken!! I contacted them immediately and they sent a technician to look at it . He diagnosed that it was broken! They said they can fix it but it would take 7-10 business days for the replacement parts. I told them that I didn’t want a broken couch! I bought a new couch not a refurbished couch!!!
