I purchased a flex steel couch and custom fabric. The day it was delivered it was broken!! I contacted them immediately and they sent a technician to look at it . He diagnosed that it was broken! They said they can fix it but it would take 7-10 business days for the replacement parts. I told them that I didn’t want a broken couch! I bought a new couch not a refurbished couch!!! Took forever and manager named Sel was an absolute ass to deal with. Never will I or my wife’s family here again! Heed the warning or else. I would also check their 4 star? rating on my multiple review stores if I were you. Definitely not a 4 star rating? Not even close. Go to Raymore and Flanagan. At least you’ll be treated with respect and get your moneys worth. Good luck to you!!!
