Price low, and tell the truth. While other stores keep prices high except for special Sale Days, our theory for Old Brick was to charge our lowest price every day. Knowing how much other stores marked things up, we determined to always be 10 to 30% lower than even their "Door-Buster Blow-Outs". The whole point was to deal honestly and transparently with the public. No gimmicks. No do-or-die sales people. Just - the good stuff for a lot less every day.

Not enough Help I went there looking for a set for my living room and dining room and people here didn't seem to want to help me. I was getting agravated because I was liking the prices and furniture there and they didn't seem to want to help. I just left because every one that was working there was with people and I didn't feel like sitting there waiting and waiting.

Prices are reasonable, and they deliver your new furniture right to your home. The salespeople are so friendly, and can help you find what you need, in the color, or print that you desire. They are more than happy to help, and it just makes you feel so welcome.
Excellent Customer Service When I was furniture shopping for my new home, I stopped at Old Brick because I saw an advertisement on the television. When I walked in, someone met me at the door, and helped me start looking for the things I wanted. Old Brick had exactly what I wanted, and at a terrific price. Old Brick delivered my new furniture to my home the very next day. The set looks lovely in my home!
terrible experience with old brick I have never delt with such a terrible company before in my life! they had no idea how to treat customers and their purchases. I was lied to numerous times. I was told that all my furniture was going to be delivered and it wasn't! they had to give me showcase furniture and after more than two weeks of waiting they still haven't gotten all my furniture. Great Showroom I love the showroom at Old Brick. They have so much furniture, for every room in your house. They have great stuff, and can get it delivered to your home immediatly. I purchased a dining room table and chairs here. I did have it delivered to my home, and the men that brought it were very nice, and respectful of my home, and new items. Overall, I am very happy with my expperience at Old Brick.
