Not professional . The customer service lied about the delivery and the delievery disrespectful people tried to take more money to take the rubbish even though in the paper say something else . We tried to talk to them they said to call the police about them which showed me how much they don’t care about there company name .

Worst nightmare...table turns up with no legs (a factory issue)...a few days before Xmas. On the phone at 10am on Sunday to Alison. A few minutes later she said they would see what they could do. By 1pm the replacement table had arrived and all is good. Many thanks for excellent service (and excellent products).
We had an issue with an outdoor setting, two sides also not aligning. I reported this immediately and was given several options to resolve the issue. Olan picked up the faulty lounge and delivered another lounge set of equal value. Both Rae and Annie were prompt in their responses and commitment to ensure I was a happy customer. Thank you Olan!
