Wow! Kudos to Chris at Olakino Physical Therapy. A conflict arose between myself and a therapist and Chris immediately called to get my side of the situation. He listened graciously, made accommodations, accepted responsibility and overall acted as the most professional business owner I’ve interacted with in a while. I highly recommend this business as management and owners are clearly committed to their patients. Thank you Chris and the staff for allowing a learning opportunity for all involved.

We worked with Jordan & at first he seemed happy go lucky & easy to work with. As time went on, after we were unexpectedly stuck in traffic & late for an appointment, he changed. He became rude and accusatory, rather than engage in communication. I had a highly uncomfortable session where he found it appropriate to lecture me on courtesy, yet felt no need to extend the same courtesy to me.
