I’ve been dealing with Nina for 3 years. My mom almost 5, she’s very knowledgeable and aims to help. I had a slight issue with an audit and she was there every step of the way. Really glad she branched off this year and continued servicing her clients she’s been servicing. Dedicated, trustworthy and honest. So I was able to refer a few of my close friends to OKP TPA. Great folks and definitely get the job done. However, never on-time after confirmation, Late, Late, and more Late. Lack of communication. I have referred many of my friends here and will continue to. However, time is money. Ladies please get it together.... No one shouldn’t be waiting for your business especially if it’s coming to your door. Continue to do great things ladies and let’s change how this persona of (BLACK FOLKS NOT ON TIME) Be Blessed!!
