I came to see Neil in March 2025 with some knee pain. Then in April I kicked an ice block that made my knee pain worse. It still makes me laugh thinking about kicking a chunk of ice at 50 years old and almost ending my dream of hiking the West Coast Trail. I found Neil was a very focused, and thorough physiotherapist. He supported all my goals. I was grateful after my knee replacement.
Ashley has helped me so much with my knee and shoulder. I was hesitant to go to physio as my experiences in the past were not helpful for me.Having had several major surgeries though,I had few choices left to me to get my mobility back, so decided to try again in Okotoks.I am so happy I did.Ashley has made a huge positive impact on my recovery.I would recommend her for anything and everything related to getting your life back after injury and/or surgery.
Ashley provided great care and support during the rehabilitation of my broken wrist. There was no cookie cutter care, the exercises and all the supporting treatments (heat, ice, massage etc) were all what was best for my particular injury and what was needed to get back me able to use it as before. Ashley took the time to listen to my concerns, explained what I could expect, was professional and kind. I highly recommend Ashley and the OPT staff.
