After I got a major infection from an IV at Calgary South Health after waiting 15 hours in the ER, I came here for treatment. They have been absolutely wonderful to me. I’m always so relaxed when I come here. The nurses and doctors are fantastic even though they get treated poorly by patients and the UCP. Don’t be rude to health care workers. Blame the UCP for what’s happening in Alberta hospitals. Thank you doctors and nurses
Avoid this place at all costs. The older triage nurse with glasses that you first speak with when you get there absolutely hates her job and is nothing but rude and disrespectful. If it was possible to give zero stars I would have.
My fiance had a some issues with his health card, and we had a lovely woman named Robyn I believe that went above and beyond in helping us figure it out. Thank you to her, she helped tremendously!
I’ll never forget the day I walked through those doors with serotonin syndrome and immediately the staff jumped out of their chairs to help me get the help I desperately needed. It went from being one of the most terrifying moments of my life to knowing that I was in the hands of people that actually cared about my wellbeing. Thank you to Everyone who helped and supported me through what should have been one of the worst experiences. You are the reason I believe and trust in our healthcare system!
