So incredibly disappointed with this place. This was my first visit with them and 1000% to be my last. I get the wait times that’s completely fine. But what’s not fine is me waiting in a room with NO ONE coming by for almost 2 hours I got put into a room at 1:30 first doctor didn’t come see me until 3:15ish - sure! Doctors can absolutely be busy but when my boyfriend and I both go to the bathroom at different times and we just see ALL the staff (doctors, nurses, even the janitor) all just talking and laughing in the middle l... read more
I took my partner in because he had blood clots in his leg that the doctor said was very worrisome and to get in somewhere quickly because they could travel to his heart. We brought in a document that should have prioritized him. The triage nurse was not kind at all. In fact, ask why we came there when we didn’t live there without asking the reason. Excellent, caring staff. I’m from Saskatchewan and required medical attention. Dr Hagens got me on my way home in no time with medication that worked.
waited 3 hours and seeing people come after me going in one by one. I don’t understand how the system works but definitely it needs to be improved.
Not going to complain about wait times, as that's our Canadian health care system. But what I'm not impressed with is the lack of empathy and knowledge this place has. The last three times I have been there, they totally disregard anything I had going on because they judged my appearance.
