They came out and setup our playset in less than 2 1/2 hours. Did a great job and my kids love it. Would HIGHLY recommend!
David & Julie were amazing through our whole buying process. When our playset materials arrived, we had a few boards that were in bad shape. We called Julie and she had new boards shipped to us directly from the warehouse. Then, we somehow lost one page of instructions and called Julie again. This time she was on vacation in AFRICA and she still called her guys here and had them scan us the page and send it via email instantly. Amazing!
