The best way to make Oklahoma motor credit company better is to close it permanently! They will screw you over and not give a crap about if your vehicle has 25 recalls on it or not. They sold me a van that had recalls on it and lied about many things. I purchased my vehicle at Joe Cooper easy credit auto in Tulsa and 2 months after getting it they went bankrupt and now I have to go through OKC. They'll screw you harder than a hooker on the weekends. Dont buy from them, they'll sue you for 3x as much as the vehicle when you take it back.
I have my truck payment through these people. A lady by the name of Twila handles my account. She is extremely rude and hateful. I have paid my vehicle down from 12,000 to now owing just over 4,000. She does not care about issues that come up. She has no compassion for people. Despite a few times where I have been late, they have always gotten their money. They treat their customers like crap, and Twila is the absolute worst!
