Very nice, caring, efficient transporter took me to my Dr. appointment from physical rehab hospital. Would highly recommend them.
Med Connect transferred my mom from Fort Worth, Texas to Tulsa Oklahoma. I was concerned about the transport as she has dementia, and I was afraid she may be agitated and confused. Chance, the medic sat in the back with her the whole time and engaged her in conversation and made her feel comfortable. Stacey did an amazing job driving. Sadie, communicated with me the whole time and put my mind at ease they even brought her clothing and personal items that would make her feel at home at the new facility
I had Bryan and Brittany and they were very attentive and careful! on time. Aware of my needs felt very safe! and would recommend this service for anyone needs of medical transportation. Thank you both hopefully see you next time
