Staff customer service is horrible walked in and there is no one at there desk or front area precede to wait a few minutes someone pokes out and proceeded to help me with what I came for and couldn’t even do that hospitality sucks both of the people I witnessed are better off working at 711 or Walmart if your not happy to do your job or service customer dont even show up
The manager, I think, her name is Jennifer, would not allow me to change the amount of the cashier's check, when other banks allow that, I am pretty certain. The other staff is very friendly and helpful.
Went in early at opening time, I was greeted with awesomeness. But, when I returned to open an account and get a letter notorized, I was told I couldn't use the restroom I could plainly see. The teller only remembered that I needed a letter notorized (?) I'm going to another bank for business.
