Brittney Shorter Didn't swoon me into a bank account with promises that couldn't be fulfilled today. Was very friendly and punctual on her promises of fund availability. Very happy with my personal banker today. She also was very polite and patient with all my questions. 10 out of 10 recommend. Never had customer service anywhere to this level of friendliness and professionalism.
They were really nice. Of course they don't have a bathroom you can use. And I'm about ready to pop at squat...lol..for real though 🤪

Fidelity Bank of Oklahoma is outstanding. I have been banking with Fidelity for over a 13 years. My father recommended Fidelity. I do not believe a more professional group will be found anywhere. The banking personnel are always professional, courteous, kind, and very capable. No request has ever been a challenge. I, as my father, highly recommend Fidelity Bank for all financial needs.
