They close whenever they want, and if they see the slightest winter weather they will try to justify excuses to be lazy to not come to work to serve the people who live in the Oklahoma City Housing Authority. Also when they give us those so called meals in case the weather gets bad and they aren't able to be there to give us a meal well all they give us is scraps when they give us those so called shelf stapled meals. They are nothing more than a snack. That's all.
