Called to get some information, older lady that I was transferred to did not want to be there by the tone of her voice, sounded annoyed. I wanted to confirm if they did not do certification of liens and she did not know what it was. (I was transferred to her supposedly because they would be more knowledgable on this topic) At the end I thanked her and said goodbye but she hanged up the phone.
