Goodluck getting anything done if you’re dealing with Britney. She sounds so bitter on the phone and will go out of her way to not help you with anything. She will talk to you like you’re such a bother. Worst state office I’ve ever dealt with.
Too good to read a licensed number to somebody
Located in the old Shepherd mall now called the Shepherd Center. From 23rd and Penn is to your left, very end of the building/center.
Painfully useless. I have been waiting 7 months to get my license. CIB have all my doucments, say I'm good and then never mail the orange card or change my status. I'm convinced they just throw application documents into the shredder after every shift. No call backs, No email replies, No help.
