The receptionist need some telephone training I called them three times left a message and never called me back. I also emailed them and their emailed address was returned as u deliverable. I had to go there and explain to them what happened with not even an apology.
I've been licened in Oklahoma for a long time now. They can just look my name up in their system up every year and I do my continuing education. I try not to complain but they mess up my license every year and this year they didn't mess anything up. They just didn't give it to me. Filed my paper work got it approved only to be shut down months later and told that they have a high employee turnover rate and that all my papers were “lost in employee transition” then I was fined for working here unlicensed (because they lost my papers) so after complying and paying the fine and playing their games it still took them a year and a half to get my paperwork filed and resubmitted so that I could take my test and get licensed again. If your a plumber don’t even attempt to move to this state. They allow an unlicensed person to continue running a company with unlicensed people for your with multiple complaints and won’t resolve the issue. Very corrupt system. No reason why Oklahoma is in such a plumbing crisis. Back to Texas I go at least they respect the trade.
