Able to speak with someone promptly. The young lady took time to answer questions. However I was disappointed I was not informed of statements mailing fee after 60 days.
I highly recommend OCCU. Their Momentum Checking product, which pays a generous dividend of 6% on up to 10k of your $, and 3% up to 50k, along with the encouraged use of a debit card (which pays rewards too btw) for spending instead of credit cards (you must have 15 debit card transactions per month to get the dividend) encourage good financial habits.
