Excellent customer service & streamlined closing process! I highly recommend.
A disappointing experience with OKS-Stockbridge. Before our closing, the lender had already funded the purchase. The attorney, Tanner Johnston, confirmed the funds were there but had us wait for nearly 1.5 AFTER closing. For a total of 2.5 hours to close! Ridiculous! This process is typically an hour or LESS. A very disjointed and deflated experience in the end. I’ve closed at this office several times with a different attorneys and hadn’t had any issues.
