I've done a lot of closings in my life and have never seen a closing attorney be so disorganized or communicate so poorly. O'Kelley & Sorohan assigned an attorney who was just admitted to the Georgia Bar in May (so barely 6 months ago), and the person's inexperience showed. The firm sent the HUD1 late, made multiple mistakes on the settlement documents, and had difficulty fixing them right the first time after I pointed them out.
