I had a pretty frustrating experience here. It took about a week just to get a phone call back, and when I finally did, I was left with more questions than answers. Had a phone consultation and no call at 830am. I called at 840 to no answer, called again at 9 to find the number they had was wrong however the called me on the correct number to schedule to consultation. Called back to tell me there would be a $135 charge to reschedule since I did not meet the original consult.
