This place is very bad , my truck went there to pick up the load, and on the rate confirmation it was a note if we don't have blankets with us they will charge us 250$ which made confusion driver thought that he can pay that 250$ and buy them or just get them from shipper, after we realized it must be with him we asked time to get blankets, they with their broker Fello made very very big deal out it, and they started ruin our business, with fake reports! Shipper connected with Fello logistics. They cover a load with you and then dont load the truck cause they dont want to. Then reported us in carrier portals to ruin our business. I will not be surprised if an agent asks for money to take it down. STAY AWAY
I was the driver with a load that i supposed to be picking up in this facility on the rate confirmation it was stating that we should have blankets or it's a fine 250 it means it's a choice, so i went there they didn't load me and then broker freaked out i said give us time we will buy blankets, but they reported my company and ruined my buisness, I believe it's a part some scheme that they do this and ask money for removing the report.
