Megan is an incredible practitioner. Every time I have been treated by her, I felt heard, understood, & safe. She listens and asks thoughtful, specific questions to get to the root of what is going on. Her treatments always reduced my stress, so my body & mind could perform with better strength and clarity. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
I've seen Megan at O'Keefe Holistic for both a 30-minute stress relief session & a couples session with my partner, and both services were wonderful! They left me feeling relaxed, calm, & blissful.
