I had a wonderful experience today with Mary! She was very helpful getting my paperwork sorted out and was very efficient. Even offered lollipops to my babies! Thank you, Mary! We have had two separate experiences with Niki about a year apart (once my husband was sent to her, I was sent to her before Ms. Mary today, and also got to observe her with another customer). People like Niki are the reason DMVs get a bad wrap. She spreads unnecessary misery like the flu. I hope she finds a job that makes her less miserable 🫶🏼

Super efficient government agency. Washington could take some pointers from OCTC. I've NEVER spent more than 30 - 40 minutes doing business with them. The staff appears well trained at what they do and are very pleasant.
