Absolutely horrible customer service. I begged and pleaded with OkayCarz for help during COVID by just applying a referral fee to my account so my car didn’t get taken. They gave me the run around & never applied it until after car was taken. Then claimed I didn’t call and speak to them. It’s just evil . If all they needed was a verbal approval to apply my payment, why didn’t they do that before repossession of my car.

I leased a car here in May of 2015 and the car stopped working not even a week after my month warentee was up. Even though my warentee had JUST ended they refused to work with me on any kind of help with repairs for the car. After a month my car shouldn't need a new transmission! Went just check out prices and what was on lot just a few minutes after their posted closing time stepped inside to ask for only price There was a girl and a guy there which proceeded to yell at me and tell me I had to leave that they were closed the guy was very belligerent and rude would not even offer the price but keep screaming at me that I had to go . Needless to say they will not get my business and I will make sure others know this also.
