Me and my wife tried to ride the Oklahoma City streetcars but we saw that the seats had bed bugs and head lice all over them from the homeless people that ride the streetcars. We also noticed at homeless alcoholics ride the street cars and they get urine and urinate all over the seats and it smells like urine in the streetcar. I know one thing you couldn't pay me my wife to ride them streetcars. It's great to get around Downtown, but there is an issue with body oder from passengers.

I took the street car for the first time today. I recently returned from living in Dallas Fort Worth and they have trolleys in Dallas. This is more of like an train. I took the entire Bricktown and Downtown loop during Sunday afternoon. Took about 30 minutes. I did it as a little tourists sight seeing adventure. It's clean, air conditioning and has plenty of stops in the popular area. It was safe. No one was being violent or homeless living on the train. The staff cleaned it before making the rest of the loop. They were swee... read more

The OKC streetcar is a cool and neat attraction in OKC but that's all it is, it's an attraction. It doesn't transport people, it only shuttles them from one side of Bricktown to the other. And it's unreliable because if someone parks wrong in the parallel spot next to the tracks. So you sit there in the streetcar for up to 30 minutes to an hour for someone to come move that car. What we need for it to be effective in transporting people is to have a line from edmond to okc for a commuter line.
