Mercedes is seriously the best, she is a FANTASTIC RMT. She has the best energy and I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. I cannot recommend her enough!!!
I have been seeing Mercedes who is at Okanagan Sage Wellness for over two years and have always received excellent service. She also treats my three daughters. Her attention to our overall wellbeing is evident and each session we leave feeling like we were heard. I recommend Mercedes without reservation!
Okanagan Sage is an amazing group of practitioners who work hard at helping you with the muscle aches and pains either through RMT work or Craniosacral Therapy.
The facility is clean and well maintained. I understand they rent space to therapists but may I suggest you, (owner of Okanagan Sage Wellness), maybe choose better practitioners as this reflects on your facility. Mercedes Giddens-Costa is the worst massage therapist i have ever been to. I left after my appointment with her and was so frustrated that I had just wasted my money for someone to do absolutely nothing but set her hands on my legs, back and face and leave them sit there for 20 mins.
