This is the worst place to deal with. I bought a stihl chainsaw on Wednesday and went to work on Thursday. I started it up and after I got it started it started to smoke. I took it back and Angela basically called me a liar without using the word liar. It is not my fault that it malfunctioned. All I want is a refund for the chainsaw. I don't trust that store. Very poor service, bought a chainsaw first time using it and it dies , they say they will fix it and not refund us , log at complaint with the better business bureau
Got my line trimmer a new carb, 15 minutes of use later guess what doesn't run now? Took my chainsaw in for no bar oil, 1 hour of use later, no bar oil. I'd take it in for them to have another look, but they're closed on weekends which pretty much shuts out the homeowners.
Couldn't be happier with the service I received from OKPE. They were very quick with the repairs of my snowblower and the costs were more than satisfactory.
Very friendly and honest staff. They completed the work within the day it was scheduled. Great communication! I highly recommend this company!
