I have had multiple problems with my BRAND NEW mower and I have found it to be a horrible experience. Out the gate there was fuses blowing. The problem started in the store (at purchase) but at that point we didnt know it was blowing fuses. We operate an off grid rec site. I brought my Honda generator for some emergency repairs. I couldn't of asked for better or faster service. These guys saved my campground and I was able to get all my tools charging again in no time. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. I'll be bringing all my tools here for servicing. Just amazing
